Heavens Miss Pistol is a 2004 chestnut mare by the magnificent top Andalusian sire
Despierto, out of Amy Te Breeze, a quarter horse mare. She was the first horse born
on my farm.
Pistol began her show career in 2007. In that year she won numerous classes in a
variety of shows across the country from Wisconsin to Texas. She ended the year as
the USEF Grand Champion Half Andalusian, a feat never before accomplished by a
3 year old.
She then started to show her true calling-jumping. So she began her training as an
open hunter in 2008. She has just begun her open hunter show career in 2009
placing well in the open hunter divisions she has shown in. She is also back in the
Andalusian show ring and will be in both for the 2010 season.
We look forward to many good years as both an open hunter and an Andalusian
show horse.
